A U.S.-Based Al Qaeda 'Sleeper Cell' Was Poised to Launch a Post-Sept. 11 Attack on a Major Washington Target; Would-Be Terrorists Went Underground or Fled U.S.
NEW YORK, Dec. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- A U.S.-based cell of the Al Qaeda terror network nearly launched an attack on a major target in Washington, D.C. after September 11, Newsweek has learned. Intelligence sources say a Qaeda "sleeper cell" in the U.S. was poised to launch the attack -- perhaps against the Capitol Building. The sources believe that the FBI, in its sweep against visa violators and other illegals of Mideast backgrounds, picked up ...

1. My passport came with laminate. Their passports were not altered. What you're saying is you do not have a clue about your claim.
2. The prior charge was complete bogosity and the government stole 70,000 dollars from Mustafa without charging him with a crime. The charges were dismissed.
You're a piece of work.

You don't seem to be questioning them very hard on this one. Any scrutiny brings down that house of cards and they refuse to answer even the simplest of questions.

Speculate all you want. There is no evidence linking him with the attacks. I have no clue who did it.
One thing we know for a fact: It was a conspiracy.

Have you ever looked up the word conspiracy? I think you should. You look like a total dumbass right about now. But that's par for the course for antifreepers.

The meat is that this was on record in the Federal data base when these two were stopped at the border The laminate charge is a lie. The charge you claim was on record is a charge only. They were dismissed and thus this fellow is not a criminal nor has he ever been a criminal. His rights were violated. You condone that.

You made an assumption where none was warranted. You look like a dumbass. 9/11 was most certainly a conspiracy of epic proportions. Who planned that conspiracy remains to be proven.

Uhhhh, considering that there were four planes...unless one person was flying all four it would have to be a conspiracy I knew someday you'd understand. Took you long enough.

...terror network
nearly launched an attack...
...
Intelligence sources say a Queda "sleeper cell" in the U.S.
was poised to launch the attack --
perhaps against the Capitol Building....
...
Intelligence sources say the
would be terrorists then
went underground or
fled the country....
...
intelligence sources say
they believe any such stockpiles were destroyed in the U.S. bombing raids,
it is not known how much,
if any, of the anthrax...
...according to
unconfirmed British intelligence...
Well, my intelligence sources tell me there may not be a Santa Claus, but I still believe in him! It is not known how many, if any, presents he will bring this year, perhaps many since I promise I've been a good boy!

I was right about the fact that you assumed too much as well. You were denying that.

Their violation of the law on their passports made it possible...Charges against 2 U.S. citizens dropped after lab tests determine documents not doctored
"The laboratory analysis showed that the laminate had most likely split and was not an additional laminate," Assistant U.S. Attorney Jay Hileman wrote in his motion to dismiss the charges.
Two months to determine that the laminate had split...doh. No wonder the FBI is "spread so thin"...I wonder how many man hours went into just this one case.

>>Certainly Worth REPEATING..
Can you imagine....another day, another time.
I was mentally trying to put the Clinton security folks in the same situation and coming up blank. I then tried Dee Dee Myers for press releases - no good.
They would be spinning away right now, since there would have been another disaster.

Well, my intelligence sources tell me there may not be a Santa Claus, but I still believe in him! Good points in your post! But remember - this isn't the Clinton administration. We have a bunch of straight shooters in there.
and this line from the article...
The war in Afghanistan has produced a hodgepodge of disturbing intelligence that investigators are still trying to sift and analyze.
To: Demidog
Who planned that conspiracy remains to be proven. Why do we need to prove it? The risk of massive deaths in future attacks (and the stealth tactics used by the terrorists - hiding their roots) calls for quick action.
