There has not been any assault on individual liberties. If you want to say otherwise, that is your perogative, but it doesn't make it factual. I have levied this challenge before to others- back up your assertion with facts. Find a particular portion of the Patriot Act that you find objectionable. Find the exact wording, and post it with a link back to the source for all to see. Or find the exact EO you find objectionable, post the exact wording that is such a threat your liberties, and post it for all to see.

I'm sorry to answer your post as I had some technical difficulty logging on yesterday and most of today. The strong wind kind of knocked power from my computer for a day in ahalf.

Larry Klayman did such a great job of keeping his composure. Even the other liberal guests on the show were starting to agree with him. Bill Mayer and his penis jokes are just starting to get a little stale. In my opinion, Mayer just lacks class, period! The issue was not about sex it was about lying under oath. And for those Congressmemebers to overlook this should issue of perjury should make us all wonder what oath they took when they took office. Really.

Go get 'em Larry! You made him, just as Jane Chastain, look like a first class HEEL. And with heels like that, they need to be potty trained all over again.
