You raise a good point. I wonder if they need 4 or 5 members for a quorum. If 4, the 3 GOPers plus the new person could hold meetings without Berry. If 5 are needed, there is no quorum IF the 3 GOPer's walk out, since there are only 4 "legitimate" members left.

From the list provided in post 51, looks like there is only one Republican, the rest are dem or independent.
