But hey, why pay attention to the fact that the WJC administration letter making the replacement appointment specifically has her only filling the remainder of the original appointment, expiring on 11/29/01. BTW, no one ever accused me of being or even aiding liberals before. You can go off half cocked that Berry has no case if you want but I believe it can backfire. She does have a case. It may not pan out but its not entirely groundless.
