I've read that after WWII was over, the US War council (I can't remember the correct name, but a bunch
of active high-level military brass in an official capacity) determined that fdr knew and allowed it to happen.
Now we see additional evidence that he deliberately set it up. (Makes me wonder what ELSE about WWII was lied about...)
Conspiracy? In this case yes. The reason for doing it? Not conspiracy, their socialist plans were and are publicly stated.

Bottom line: the socialist elite have no qualms about sacrificing civilians -of any country- to advance their agenda.
