You mean you would file a vexatious and fraudulent lawsuit, since the guy has testified that he suffered none of those things, but rather nothing but bliss? That doesn't sound very moral to me.

I suspect a jury would zero the plaintiff out, and award one penny in damages, the lowest coin in the realm.

Nothing fraudulent about sexual abuse. Whether he considers it abuse or not, it still is. Mental anguish definately occurs when your exploited by a cheap old hooker. No...I don't see anything fraudulent about it.
