Nothing fraudulent about sexual abuse. Whether he considers it abuse or not, it still is. Mental anguish definately occurs when your exploited by a cheap old hooker. No...I don't see anything fraudulent about it.

Ok, whatever, but the jury will. And while you think there are damages, must be damages, how can there not be damages, it in fact appears that there are none. Thus the jury would be right.
