This will block executable attachments like .EXE, .VBS, .SCR et. al and cuts way down on the likelihood of infection.

I just deleted this from my in basket. It looked suspicious when it came from 5 fellow employees but had the same message from each. I was crusing FR and ran across this warning. Thank you for posting it! c*c

I pulled the patch, but it wants the Office 2000 CDROM to check for a valid install before it will do the patch.

My office IT staff spotted the virus quickly and fixed the McAfee virus scanner on the Exchange Server. It was an interesting game of "whack the mole" for about 15 minutes.

Not always. One of the copies I got sent was on a forward with a different header and a different message.
