Looking for the right person to request permission to use the flag with rainbow background. I'm part of the local high school band boosters. One of the moms asked me to find her a flag to put on t-shirts for her Sunday School class. This one seems to fit the bill. Thought I would superimpose "One nation, under God, indivisible" vertically along the side opposite the flag. Saw this on another pic here on FR.

Can anyone tell me if this flag is copyrighted and who the owner is?
