Given what you know about your ex-pro bono lawyer, via the Buckley Bomb, and how he talked you into the failed Eschoir lawsuit that has, so far, cost FR $105,000,000, do you think, looking back, he munged up the LAT/WP lawsuit as well?

$105,000,000, You've been hitting the sauce again? 105 million? Get a grip; better yet, get lost.

Wasn't much to mungle up. If you remember, the judge threw us out on summary judgment. She didn't even allow us to present a defense. This is basically a first amendment issue and it will probably be decided in the Supreme Court. If the court agrees with the founders regarding the people's right to freedom of speech, then FR will prevail. If the court sides with the those who are trying to maintain corporate control over public opinion, then we lose. Win or lose, I'm in it for the long-haul.

do you think, looking back, he munged up the LAT/WP lawsuit as well? Let's see: an ultraultraultra liberal jurist, appointed by the guy this forum helped get impeached, ruling on a case where one of the "journalists" whose work was "infringed" had written several sycophantic articles about getting that very jurist appointed to the federal bench.
A completely level playing field, IMHO. ;-)

It appears that Jim has good cause and/or grounds on which to sue his ex-lawyer, along with those who acted in concert with him.
