Given what you know about your ex-pro bono lawyer, via the Buckley Bomb, and how he talked you into the failed Eschoir lawsuit that has, so far, cost FR $105,000,000, do you think, looking back, he munged up the LAT/WP lawsuit as well?
It appears that Jim has good cause and/or grounds on which to sue his ex-lawyer, along with those who acted in concert with him.
