against all his trickery, deceit and chopping up the constitution into bits and pieces...these same people worship him just like he's God even though he's doing many of the same things as Clinton. What exactly has George W. Bush done that is anything CLOSE to what Bill Clinton has done? What trickery, what deceit, what chopping up of the Constitution?

This site is a country club for snobbery and personal attacks. I am an Independent Conservative and have been for 30 years. I have always leaned toward the Republican side but if this site and its members represent Republicanism I care not to associate with this kind. You people are no better then Demoncrates. As I read old posts from years ago I see there were people with ideas and made this site truly enjoyable to read. Today if full of fluff and censorship. You are actually getting paid to run this site? What a scam! How much do you pay your censors who work 24/7? You should cancel this site, but since its run as a BLACK PROJECT it never will go away. Yes!! I can see you as a big contributor.

My early announcement that she was a fake (based on the assurances of our mutual friend) settled the issue for no one.I was wondering if you were going to call her a liar.
So, that later post of mine began a thread whose purpose was to assemble in one place, all the pro-con arguments.
Let me try to get this straight: you KNEW it wasn't me early on, but you just put up a thread to SEE what everybody else thought?
Why didn't you just tell them that somebody YOU TRUSTED told you it wasn't me and that was good enough for you?

My esteem for this forum remains as steady as your firm hand at the helm. Your vision, strength and tenacity remain an example for all of us.

This is the best site on the internet. I have learned a lot, made friends and got politically active. I will not turn this country over to a bunch of socialists without a fight. Disruptors will always be there - ignore them.
To: Howlin
Why don't you know...he stole the Presidency from Prince Albert. Not only that Hillary said that he had undone all of their 8 years of work in 8 months. Anyone that can do that might just set Socialism back 100 years in 8 years time.

This site is a country club for snobbery and personal attacks. And you know this after two days? At least be honest enough to admit who you were before you became Alex.
You're no independent. You're a Patsie.

The door works both ways. See ya!

I want it to keep going.
I'm speaking up.

I do not see FR as a fraud. And I do not wish for it to go away. I learn a lot from the posters many of whom I may or may not agree with. And I would gladly put in my small contribution. I'm sending it in the mail so look for it.

Please just keep up the wonderful work you do to keep America FREE!!!
God Bless you and your crew and America!!!

GW covers for Clinton regularly. Check the archives. Also, did Clinton ever call for military tribunals with secret proceedings? Also, how many of Clinton's last minute EOs had GW rescinded. Two? And he back tracked on the arsenic thingEy anyway, so you can't count that one. That leaves the worker injury EO. None others rescinded that I can recall.
So, in short, GW is simply continuing the Clinton legacy of massive cover-ups, power-grabs, land-grabs, and scandal.
Cheers!

All those cities which have been controlled by the progressives have really improved things for the poor stuck in their slums. Not.
The only people who tried to steal the election were progressive Democrats and their stooges in the SCOFLA.
As for progressives, over the holiday I had the pleasure of picking up a copy of Newsweek from 1976. Liberals controlled 2/3 of Congress and had the Presidency. So if you want to compare the relative health of conservatism and liberalism, I am comfortable that we are in much better shape.
Which is good for blacks, whites, poor folk, rich folk, and so forth. Progressives need to create more misery in order to lure more voters for them to help by the barrel of the government's guns via the tax collector. Conservatives want a better life for everyone.
Progressives know this to be the case, and have been smearing us with their lies forever, because they know once we have a solid majority in all houses, the lot of their lies will be shown to be just that, and once the stranglehold they have on the minority vote is broken, their dreams of a Marxist takeover are gone forever.

FReind. Jim Robinson let me stay here when I acted badly as a new FReeper.
He has let you in time and time again.
"Kicked in the groin"?
I would suggest that you have slapped him in the face a few times.
Ease up. You could always go to Pipebomb News. But it wouldn't be half as satisfying as Free Republic.

I agree. Others have suggested a fee for posting and I think that would be the first thing to try. Posting meaning both replies and articles for the same fee. Charging for access to the site would be self defeating and would relegate us to preaching to the choir. Among other things, lurkers are looking for information and validation of their conservative stands. The posting fee could also encompass vanities with maybe a limit per month and a limit on their length. Vanities can be informative and thought provoking. Maybe it is the length rather than their frequency that is costly. Suggest posting fee of $5.00 per month. This should supplement contributions and not replace them.

The door works both ways. See ya! Not to 'ol Alex. He not only wants, no demands the right to post, and then he complains about how the site is run. I am sure he donates to FR.
Alex, did you try sending a message to JimRob privately about your objections? No, I suspect not. You cherry picked the site for its benefits and then complained about your experience.
YOU are a classic disruptor. My guess is that in many activities in life you would be a disruptor. FR is just another place for you to vent.
