Well, her desire to be President is the most obvious explanation of the Senator's bitter face during Bush's address to Congress. She is smart enough to know that she can't play in a field that doesn't include building a village, she especially can't play when the field is about blowing up villages.
She is probably the most frightening politician to achieve an office in my lifetime. This Nixon hater abused powers that were never even given to her by the people. From firing employees, to FBI files, to magic boxes that appeared without explanation in one of the most secure homes in the country, to her furniture steal. She is truly frightening.

and he, for the moment, would have not been sincere? He would have been hugging Bush and being sincere for the moment ONLY if there would be a camera directly on him. I think in many ways, he's a little more astute than she is which is why he and not she made it to the presidency. She's always been dependent on him to get into a position and then she gets her jobs from his political connections but that's partly because she can't hide her true emotions long enough even when there's a camera around, but she's trying. She is worse than he is though.

I'm puzzled. She already WAS president for 8 years. But of course, her lust for power is unslacked.

He has said it more than once; he's a lot of things, but he doesn't strike me as a liar.

Never underestimate Hillary. She is running for president and has been running since before the last election. She would like to knock Bush out in 2004, but is young enough to wait for 2008. If she thinks she can win in 2004, she will run. If not, she will run in 2008. If she runs against someone like Ridge, she will win.

Be very afraid of this woman.
She doesn't want to be a Queen, as some posters suggest, she wants to be GOD.
For only Hillary really knows and understands what is best for you and your children.
You don't have her insight or intellect.
Be very very afraid of this person, she will do anything to be President and once she has the power....she can solve all your problems, as Hillary sees them.

Just to get your blood boiling...

Don't bet on it! They fact that she and her "boy' have escaped justice borders on the supernatural. Rememember, we are dealing with an America which has been "dumbed down".
Just ask people randomly about names of people in gov and see if they know.

"I hate her guts, but she has media support, women's support, academic support, and has the best advisors in existence. There is no other political figure on the horizon to oppose her other than Bush."
In addition, there is the potential in all future Presidential elections for massive vote fraud in urban areas which could EASILY give Hitlery (or any other democrat for that matter) the Presidency just by throwing a few big states. After all, they just missed in 20000 (not quite enough effort on their part). Will they make the same mistake again?

The power brokers decide whose turn it is anyway. It seems that the powerful families in this country have the birthright to "lead".
We have the bushes, kennedys, lodges, rockefellers et al who give us the candidates.
We always have a choice between a quick erosion of liberty and waste of tax dollars with the dems or a slow erosion of the same by the repubs who "put us to sleep", so to speak, but, accomplish the same things as the dems.
Has anyone noticed what the Pres has been doing while we are focused on the "police action" in afghan?
First we have the GESTAPO Law to thank him for.
We have the exec orders to fed law agencies NOT to co-operate with congress's investigation of the "manchurian candidates" to thank him for.
We have the giving away of our tax dollars to the airlines ( a 5 Billlion Grant) and billions given to foreign countries just to get their support for the "police action".
Also, his recent bastardization of his own beliefs engaging in the rituals with people who vilify his Savior in their writings
Isn't a "war" diversion wonderful? Watch the home front folks.
I know, I know, I'll put my tin foil hat on now. Just thought I'd save someone calling me the by the "insult du jour". Flame away, but, I will not reply in kind.

I agree that this megalomaniac Hillary! should not be underestimated in her insatiable lust for power. But neither should the Democrats. They have a whole lot of very ambitious snakes who will be loathe to step aside for Hillary! She needs to win primaries first, and there may well be some rats who she and the Clinton dirt-machine cannot extort out of the race. I betcha Lenzner and company are flitting around like flies on manure, still digging for dirt - - but this time, it's dirt on possible Hillary! rivals in the rat party. And Ickes and McAuliffe are charged with only one mission - - get Hillary! the Presidency at any cost.
Oh, she is dying to be President alrighty. She got that gleam in her eye that her becoming President someday was possible when Rostenkowski fawned all over her at the House health-care hearings back in, what?, '93? But time is passing, and she is just getting older, more stale, and more disliked by her colleagues. I really think the rats themselves will end up destroying her. Crunch time is coming when Hillary! must decide whether she can win Senate reelection. I actually believe D'Amato could step up and beat her if the election was held today. New Yorkers may finally lean toward a real New Yorker right now.
