Mugabe regime likens journalists to terrorists

He's finally right about something. The American public has been getting "terrorized" for decades.

Where's the mainstream media on this. I'm only hearing these reports here. I guess racism only travels in one direction and our media is afraid to put a light on the other type.

C'mon, the fact that a dictator-thug like Mugabe hijacks President Bush's terminology and applies it in a way that can only be characterized as "criminally insane" does not, in itself, lend any support to arguments against Bush's expansion of government powers.

There may, in fact, be very good arguments against what Bush is doing on the homefront. But you can't use the words of a goon like Mugabe --- who is always on the lookout for any excuse to boot-heel his fellow citizens and any witness/bystanders who get in the way. Utterances of the MugabeThug are NOT valid evidence against Bush.

The U.S. Embassy had no comment on the spokesman's remarks ...

[donning my flame retardant suit] Close the stinkin embassy over there. Tell the remaining white farmers to move outta there. Tell all US citizens and journalists you go that at your own risk. Let those thugs kill each other for the next 20 years or so, then re-visit (figuretivly) the situation. In the meantime, we've got too much else on our plate to deal with over the next few years.

If trying to help these poor basturds live a decent life is only gonna gets us labeled terrorists, aggressionists, imperialists etc, let them live under their own rule and see how they do. You never know, maybe they can straighten the mess out amongst themselves.

Another terror state is rising. Are we ever going to be able to keep up? Arming those farmers would have gone a long way to avoid us trouble.
