[history]
Tom Koehler thought he had a ready partner last year when he applied for a grant to help thousands of union workers quit smoking.
Koehler and two colleagues approached the Minnesota Partnership for Action Against Tobacco (MPAAT), which was created to help smokers stop. The group saw the estimated 174,000 smokers among Minnesota union members as prime targets for its efforts. MPAAT said no.

Skippy Humphrey's legacy. This was supposed to be his ticket to the Governor's mansion and then undoubtedly a run the the presidency. Is it any wonder in the land of the libs that even Jesse Ventura could beat this idiot.
A big chunk of the tobacco settlement goes right into the State's general operating budget each year. Private companies that want to implement a stop smoking campaign and request funds can't get them.
It seems that the only people that are allowed access to the funds are Skippy's friends. He should be in jail.

I have called 911. They are sending over hordes of pale, underweight, laptop carrying anger management councilors. Is anyone else in the house that is "at risk" of violence? The SWAT team commander said they would give negotiations a chance. Social Welfare is trying to slide you into a program so that the hospitliztion is covered. Don't worry help is on the way. People love you. Peace. Love. Wholeness. One with Nature. Interdenomination GodSpirit Blessing.

They are sending over hordes of pale, underweight, laptop carrying anger management councilors.Good, I'll take their laptops and push them out of the second story window.
Hey, maybe that anger management stuff works after all!

Thanks for the bump, Max - what a joke, and waste of money. That's the real thing - it's only about money, and the offended sense of smell by these hypocritical anti-smokers. Not about stopping smoking. It's all lies.

At the top of the "Latest Articles" page, in the first box make sure "Articles and replies" shows, and in the second "Search" box, type to: puff_list . Make sure you put the "to:" before it, and all the threads should show up. I'm sure there's an easier way, but it'll take one of the older hands than I to tell you. Good luck. You can also just type in the search box "Smok" or "Cig" without the quotes and get all the threads with smoke, smoking, smoker, or cigarettes in the title.

There's really no way to find if a story has been posted before under a different name--at least not that I know of. Hey, if one's good, two's better, right?
