(redacted),
You have always been a blessing to me and the others.
WE NEED HELP on a Petition to revoke BioPorts license via the FDA. If you could send the link(John Sorg's) for others to comment on this, it would be more than greatly appreciated. etc. First is the original message from Russ Dingle than from John Sorg (another PA resident near Reading). John's web site is truly fascinating & thorough with every official document of the General Accounting Office, FDA Reports, Congressional Hearings etc If you have never reviewed them, it is worth the read! Biopottys reviews failed every time! We are hoping for at least 100 responses and I am hoping you can help us.
I had a hard time myself trying to put professional words into my emotion ties with the issue. It is very difficult when you have hugged, cryed, laughed and have become good friends with the people who have defended this country and who have been poisoned by this false protection. I am hoping you can reach at least 2 people who would be happy to respond to this issue. We need the help. I have included my response to help make your own comments if need be.
Oh, let me know what you think!
Wishing you health, peace, spirit and joy,
(redacted)

Subject: [Anthrax-no] FDA Citizen Petition

I'm not much of a salesman or self-promoter, but I would like to ask that
everyone on these lists please take a short minute or two to submit a
comment to the FDA in support of the FDA citizen petition that is posted
front and center at www.anthraxvaccine.net.

This petition is a valid and legal instrument that has been filed with FDA.
It seeks action by the FDA commissioner concerning the anthrax vaccine. By
law, FDA is required to respond to this petition. Their response to our
requests then becomes their legally binding position on the anthrax vaccine.
We can then take this position to court, or others may use it for their
particular legal proceedings.

The folks who administer these petitions have told us that any petition
receiving 100 comments is given an expeditious review and increased
exposure, as 100 comments is very rare in the FDA regulatory world. So far
this petition falls far short of 100 comments.

All that you need to do is write something on the order of "I support this
petition, docket number 01P-0471" Of course, more detailed comments are
welcome. Please go to the AVN site and follow the links. It's that simple!
And it won't cost you 3 easy payments of $19.95 either! So go on over to
www.anthraxvaccine.net and follow the links to the FDA Citizen Petition
right now. You'll be glad you did!

I've added a link to email the FDA right under the Adobe petition on page 1 of my site. The email link sends you right into an email with the Docket number as the subject. (this is the link you will want to use)

Sincerely Yours,

I have fully read the Citizen’s Petition and support the actions of the petition, docket number 01P-0471.
I have also reviewed other official documents of past and present GAO Reports, Congressional Hearings and FDA Reports.
Since the quality of a vaccine is linked to the manufactering process and testing, and since the manufacturer has failed those criteria repeatedly, I cannot conceive of this product being safe, effective or efficient as stated in the petition. This is a "dereliction of duty" for any agency charged with protecting the public to allow this product to continue being available to consumers. The company's license should be revoked without question due to their habitual failures in the misleading of the product's capabilities, their practices and procedures. We have surely reached the point of no return in lost “trust and good faith” with this wholly unnecessary public heatlh controversy. REVOKE Bioport's license IMMEDIATELY.
Sincerely,
(signed, redacted)

Thank you so much. If you can think of anyone else interested in sending a comment, the more the better. I am hoping for the flood gates to open and have Biopotty washed away and never to be seen again. Its CRIMINAL!
