President Bush made a statement late this evening regarding the rescue of the eight humanitarian workers in Afghanistan. Bush said that the rescue was coordinated with the Afghanis and local Red Cross officials. The eight workers are now safe in Pakistan. Wnjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

Which "part" did you see?

I caught him while looking for a program on another channel. The part I caught is when his left hand fondled his groin up and down as he sang, "You can fe-e-e-e-el ...," before I could hit the remote to change the channel. I want to write to the head of CBS and complain. This was in prime time. Another pass over Channel 7 while still searching for the elusive program, some jerk male was doing rotating pelvic thrusts toward the camera as if he were about to have sex with it. In Prime Time. PRIMETIME. The CBS conscience is dead.

President Putin should be thanking God he and Ludmilla don't have to sit down to dinner with algore and tipper. Can you imagine the torture that would be? The phoniness. The algore crinkled up nose to make a special effect of some sort that no one understands. The unlyrical "lilt" in al's voice, as if he were a slow thinker and needed extra time to figure out the next word. ... OH MY GOSH I think I'm going to lose my dinner.
