Given what a purposefully obtuse twit you're being, I couldn't say "binoculars" because the two circles might utterly confuse you.

As a professional reveler and masker of the last 12 years, I can assure you than I've NEVER (even among the old wax French masks we use) seen a mask tied thus. Since everything in that piece of propaganda -- down to the mic cord reading "CIA" -- means something, there's really no reason to believe the artist just happened to tie the mask on thus.

Again ... it's not something I picked up on but rather was seized upon by an old 60s radical and product of the revolution.
