Joe Arpaio, the Maricopa County Sheriff, is probably the best sheriff in the country. A staunch Republican, he pissed off the lefties by instituting rules at the county jail and requiring inmates to live in tents, clean up after themselves, no TV, etc. I am surprised he would allow the Sheriff's Department to be named on this garbage. Could it be a gag meant to discredit him?

I'm familiar with the Sherrif as well - I'd bet that the Feds put this out without his knowledge. No doubt a Clinton holdover as well still gunning for the VRWC.
