Missing 4 airline crashes in 1994: USAir in North Carolina, USAir outside of Pittsburgh, an American Airlines related commuter in Indiana, and another one in Georgia.

The one in Detroit which crashed off the runway across the expressway was also really nasty. Sorry I don't recall the details - Dan, can you fill in the blanks?
