Shoot me down on this one, lads!

I'm not bright enough to shoot you down, lol. My problem seems to be one that a lot of people have, when discussing physics. My(our) brains are so visually oriented that I have a heck of a time responding to any sort of problem that I can't draw an accurate, representative picture of. This works well for run of the mill engineering problems, and in fact,it's a trait that's advantageous. When the problem moves to a more speculative realm though, and time dilation effects and other weird things that go bump in the night come into play,it's a factor that is seriously limiting.(I start thinking about witchcraft and voodoo and all kinds of other stuff at this point, lol)
