Well then you should have no trouble proving that all the other cases are not still active in some way or another. And I'm STILL waiting for you to provide ANY proof that they were LAUGHED out of court ... which was your original LIE.
And while you are at it, why not address the other questions I asked you in my last couple responses. Or will you continue to RUN from the facts like you ALWAYS seem to do.
It's pretty hard to do when you can't rely on the "facts" on Klayman's own web site.
But since you know it all, why don't YOU tell us which ones have been DISMISSED and which ones haven't.
