The video provides a look at this compound in the foothills above Fresno, CA. Pre 9-11, a Fresn County Sheriffs deputy was killed by a member of this peaceful Islamic community. The suspect (in the beginning trial phase still) broke into a empty nearby foothill home, when deputies arrived this guy was lying in the hallway floor with a rifle, and killed one deputy. This video is the first investigative reporting we have had on this Islamic community. The trail leads to FUQRA, a known terrorist group operating all over the world, and have several communities such as this one all over the USA.

The compound Beyond seeking out ties to bin Laden-linked terrorist networks, officials are keeping tabs on another Islamic group near Fresno because of the recent killing of a sheriff's deputy in an area home, apparently stemming from a botched burglary.(this was no burglary according to all accounts)

There is no evidence that the Fresno group has been involved in any terrorist activities, officials say.

The group, according to a federal source, is part of Fuqra, an organization whose name means "poverty" in Arabic and which has had compounds in several U.S. areas.

Some Fuqra members in other areas have been implicated in past years in domestic terrorist attacks, and the State Department has labeled the group, known formally as Jamaat ul-Fuqra, as "an Islamic sect that seeks to purify Islam through violence."

The group south of Fresno operates an 1,800-acre compound called the International Quranic Open University, which sits on the former site of the drug addiction recovery cult Synanon.

The compound, a series of mobile homes shaded by trees, also serves as a U-Haul rentals location. A resident there last week refused to talk to a reporter, referring inquiries to a Visalia attorney who did not respond to a message seeking information.

Authorities have been studying the compound since the Aug. 21 slaying of Fresno County Sheriff's Deputy Erik Telen. Officials charged 20-year-old Ramadan Abdur-Rauf Abdullah with murder in the killing, apparently stemming from a botched burglary at a rural home.

James Oppliger, Fresno County's chief deputy district attorney, said the suspect claimed he had been living at the compound seeking psychiatric treatment from the Quranic university.

Oppliger said he since has begun studying the group and its possible connections to other organizations.

(Zavia Books) is the bookstore for this Islamic compound. It is called Koranic Open University. Note the books being sold. One of them is prefaced by ( Sheik Mubarik Ali Shah Jilani [Gilani]) a known terrorist. The trail leads from Baladullah (actually Miramonte, CA) to Pakistan, where Sheik Gilani lives. He is the head of Fuqra.

Yeah, an the parents of Johny Jihad from Marin County raised a sweet young boy. As Michael Savage pointed out, his behavior was exactly what you would expect of a professionally traine islamic fanatic terrorist if captured and questioned.

With regards to the letter to the editor in Fresno, from a family living in Baladullah, it sounds like old rehtoric or a stock answer ( like the democrats use, you know, "lets just all take a deep breath"),

Deadly arson attacks and assasination of enemies have been Al-Fuqra trademarks for years.

Imagine a network of White Aryan compounds where members keep getting busted for arson and murder, but the FBI looks the other way as far as there being any connection to the compounds! It boggles the mind.

I may be sick. This letter is a joke. What terrorist attacks have those living up there at the "village" been subjected to? Seems to me the only terrorist has come from that sweet little village, the assassin like murder of Deputy Telen was carried out by one of their own.
They obviously are trying to make us believe they are just a nice little group who wanted to live in the refreshing air of the foothills picking wild flowers and singing nursery rhymes.
Excuse the heck out of me, but I am not buying this one. I think we have seen an example of what sort of people commune together up there, and it darn sure ain't no peace loving group.

Apparently not, according to the letter printed above from a resident, they are targets now of angry mobs and terrorists, and just a peace loving group of who want to commune with nature.
I don't think Johnny Jihad would have visited there. They are the victims you see.............! :)

Yeah, and the Islamic writeups about Mohamed Atta, focused on how polite and shy he was. He was a good boy and could never harm anyone.

I still would like to see if Johnny Jihad have contacts and connects with this Fresno Group while growing up as such a sweet and nice kid in Marin County. He got his fanticism somewhere! Marin is too laid back to get it there! If not this group, then what groups in the Bay Area.

I think doing a reverse paper trail of Johnny Jihad is very important. He is 20, and started his trail to becoming a murdering Islamic Fanatic as a teen ager. Who were his mentors and role models!

Glad you brought this article to my attention! Muslims see the world upside down. Peace in their vocabulary really means war. These animals need to be removed from this ranch before someone else gets hurt. Muslims cant be peaceful according to the Koran until all infidels are either dead or forced converts. Personally, I am a big supporter of our constitutional rights but I am all for saying there is a compelling governmental interest in violating the rights of each individual at the compound. Now where was there any sympathy at the death of the cop in her statement or any anger at the Muslims who attacked on 9/11. These animals should not be free from the state denying them life,liberty or property rights. The life, liberty, and property rights of all americans are at risk with them in our country. Know many individuals of all faiths who are outraged. However, know two muslims who still dont believe it was muslims behind the 9/11 attacks. They make me sick. They blame America yet seem to want to enjoy the rights we americans cherish. Personally, i dont know why a muslim would subject himself to living in the land of the infidel? Hope they fry this animal and remove those living in the compound. cant imagine they contribute anything positive to your community.

Jihad is what all Muslims want to do anyway. I know that 'the Agencies" have been notified and asked to investigate for possible terrorists connections. I wrote one letter and know of others that have asked for an investigation of this area. To date, I have heard nothing, not that I would. I am trying to do some research but have not really turned up anything worthwhile or new.

The response to your husbands letter is a dam disgrace. I think Ms. Kennedy should have a veil put on her and be forced to ask permission to leave her home or to disobey the commands of a male and need be killed in a honor killing. Or maybe she is suffering alzheimers and has forgotten the attack perpetrated by Islam on 9/11. After watching that attack how much more about Islam does one need to know. The bombing of our embassy in Beirut was justified by the Koran. How come Muslims always have the koran in their hand before suicide bombings. Exactly! Besides massive fund raising, how many Johnny Jihads have been recruited, poisoned against all Americans and trained on how to use an AK47 to kill the infidels, us!

Are camps like this one, in place so the Johnny Jihads can go get para military training and learn how to use AK47's and make themselves into human bombs?

When I first heard about Johnny Jihad, I wanted him turned over the the N. Alliance so they can handle him!

Grampa, I agree with you completely. Americans are hated by muslims in most countries. Johnny(abdul) went to country full of muslims who hate other muslims of different ethnic tribes. These tribes dont tend to like outsiders, I presume and especially caucasians from America. I wonder who from our country vouched for him. Not only that but I wonder were his parents aware of his traitorous activities(Im sure) and also did they support his activities. Who paid for his food in these countries. Pakistan and Afghanistan have many remote villages and clans. Did Johnny(abdul) walk along the countryside for years knocknig on doors looking for the right mullah to come into contact with(highly doubtful). He was sent most likely by operatives here who raise money, recruit soldiers, and Im sure these people dont like our country as Muslims only obey sharia. Otherwise, I agree with everything you have posted re the questions how an American could be one of chose few unless pre selected, traing and brain molded! He was one of the ringleaders in the revolt and last ones forced out after the revolt. He and about 20 other rats were in the basement of that last building holding out. Holding out until the NA guys flooded out the basement with cold winter Afghan water. Then he and his fellow rats swam out and climbed out!

Please keep us informed on what is happening with this story. I presume if people had pointed guns at these people there were criminal complaints filed and descriptions of vehicles and occupants given to the local law enforcement agency. These complaints are public records. As to the BATF or other law enforcement checking these places out, I have not seen any evidence of that but I note the local sherriff's office in Waco, TX had checked out the Koresh religous community prior to the BATF raid. The local law enforcement agency had found no evidence of any criminal activity prior tothe BATF raid. Perhaps BATF could visit this compound for the children.
