Let's not let that happen."

Then he got this German Shepard. This dog worked with the Border Patrol down in San DiegoWell, H!ll Fire! That explains a lot- that's a valuable, trained dog. No wonder he's barking!
I'll use your link to send the SOB's another note.

I sent this:
Gentlemen,
I just pulled this off the 'net:
"Then he got this German Shepard. This dog worked with the Border Patrol down in San Diego"
Yes, it's about Northcut & TJ. TJ is a valuable, trained dog- that's why he's barking, he's trained to do that. If Northcut has mental or emotional problems, he needs help- you owe him that much, for the freedom you enjoy.
The Web and the World are watching.
Cordially,
XXXX

Glady- around here, the City Manager has about as much power as the Mayor because he's the guy who actually disburses money... (!!!)

Thanks bro! Too bad we had to get some "zips in the wire" before we got rolling really good. That Cultural Jihad dude really pissed me off. The dude has not served yet feels qualified to talk about veterans issues.
Perhaps he ought to rethink his screen name in this time of war.

I'll use your link to send the SOB's another note. Yeah, me too! I've got some letter writing to do this morning! :-]
To: Judge Parker
Hey I liked your letter. Mine was similair in some regards. I added: . You people are a disgrace to citizens of freedom loving places everywhere. You are bloodsuckers who take the freedoms others have fought and died for ... and you spit on the flag when you abuse a vet of the American Armed forces. Keeping a beloved pet, a veterns dog from him, in a situation like this is the most anti-American thing I have heard this week. Shame on you. May God have mercy on your souls, for I care not for them. Sincerely, My real name and town.

Then don't "give" it to him, tell him he is protecting it.

Excellent news, thanks for the update.

Love your "creative" approach!...LOL...sometimes the solution requires a little left-brain thinking

Too, too good! B4 is brilliant!

Continue to keep the pressure on until this is successfully resolved.
I am disappointed that Congressman Cunningham has been MIA on this. I did get some lip service from one of his staff saying that they would look into the matter but it seemed to be more of a polite "don't bother us again" message.
Congressman Randy "Duke" Cunningham represents the 51st District in California. He was a distinguished naval aviator who became the first fighter ace and one of the most highly decorated pilots in the Vietnam War. He should be more than willing to have his staff confirm the facts regarding Mr. Northcut and "TJ".
His district staff office is in Escondido not very far from Solana Beach. Telephone number: (760) 737-8438. A gentle reminder from others might do some good.

Madam, you are a dedicated, hard-working soul! Thank you. It was interesting to read your recollection of the "facts" as relayed to you by Lucy. This does not sound like a situation with an easy, obvious solution. If TJ has ever endangered ANYONE, then great care must be taken to see that that doesn't happen again. Mr. Northcut MAY have to be willing to compromise his lifestyle somewhat to accomplish that. I don't know the answer--I am hoping that the most gracious attorneys, Jennifer and Sam, being on the spot, will be equipped to evaluate possibilities and come up with reasonable options. My other thought is that BOTH Mr. Northcut and TJ are veterans; BOTH HAVE SERVED THEIR COUNTRY! This places a special burden on the authorities to do everything they can, pro-actively, to find an equitable and amiable solution. Again, a big thank you to NAFV and B4 and all who have spoken out to help those whose voices, when standing alone, go unheard and unheeded.

NAFV, so funny to think that all of this is being conducted, on Mr. Northcut's behalf, primarily over the 'net' and he doesn't have a clue! I am sure his days involve much more elementary things like food, for him and TJ, and a safe place to sleep...
