Tell you what... I am moving into a new house (God Willing!!) as of December 5. Since your book starts shipping the third week of November, do me a personal favor -- put me on your "ping" list for that timeframe. I will (hope you understand) be more comfortable ordering a copy by check-and-Mail once I have finalized my new physical address.
That said, *do* keep me advised -- I look forward to enjoying the book very much this Christmas.
I'm hoping a big house can grab it and run with it in time for Christmas, but I don't think there's time (except for the Ebooks), so I'll be pushing them until something better comes along.
