Maybe you should get your facts straight, before you embarrass yourself even further. The article states that the girl was from the former Venda, which was an African ``homeland''. Thus, she (and the perps) were likely Black Africans.
I have extended family in Rape Town, and can tell you that it is not Boers or British Africans committing these acts. My family there is Asian (i.e., from India) and were happy at the fall of Apartheid. Things have gotten so bad that they are considering moving to the U.K..
