Maybe you should get your facts straight, before you embarrass yourself even further. The article states that the girl was from the former Venda, which was an African ``homeland''. Thus, she (and the perps) were likely Black Africans.
I have extended family in Rape Town, and can tell you that it is not Boers or British Africans committing these acts. My family there is Asian (i.e., from India) and were happy at the fall of Apartheid. Things have gotten so bad that they are considering moving to the U.K.. One of them is an elderly woman, and she fears leaving the house for precisely this reason.
The problem here is that the ANC is seen as infallable in the West, due to the fact that it was the primary opponent of White rule. If it were up to me, the whole country would be given over to the Zulus, who at least had civic institutions and respect for the rule of law prior to White rule. The Xhosa-minority government has been a complete failure, and this has been demonstrated in excruciating detail over the last then years.
Everything you have said is absolutely correct. The Zulus were and are far more CIVILIZED than the Xhosa ( whom the Zulus used as slaves, BTW ) and actually side with the Boers. Mandela is an Xhosa, as are most of the COMMUNIST thugs of the ANC.
