Isn't this part of Africa Muslim? I can't recall at the moment. But the statement
about women being considered sub-human sure sounds familiar. After reading this,
and another article about a Nigerian woman (who became pregnant after a rape)
being sentenced to death by stoning, I'm starting to think that we are
facing yet another location to fight the war on terrorism.

No this is South Africa, Islam is more prevalent in North Africa amongst the African nations nearer to the Arabic world.
Although there is a Muslim community it is the Asian community who don’t mix with the Blacks.
