Talkshow host and ardent Democratic activist Rosie O'Donnell stunned Los Angeles radio listeners Thursday morning by declaring she's changed her opinion of President Bush.

"I love him now!" O'Donnell told KRLA-AM's Dennis Prager.

O'Donnell said she even got to Yankee Stadium an hour early for a World Series game so that she and her son could see Bush and videotape him.

I'm really tickled by this news! I really am glad she had had the decency to support Bush -- really support him -- right now.

See what a wonderful President we've got? Perhaps Rosie is realizing what so many of us have known for so long: Dubya is a decent, caring guy with a tough side and a deep love for his country.

What I don't understand is, is this a political comment by Rosie or a statement as to her sexual preferences? Inquiring minds want to know! Never mind this is Rosie, who is so vapid that she is for gun control (excluding her kids body guards) invites nice people like Tom Selleck (sp) and then blindsides him on an NRA ad.

I think loosing show ratings and some of her K-Mart endorsements may have been a larger influence in any U-turns in her life than true introspection.

Interesting to see that she was sitting behind home plate when W threw out the first pitch. Someone had mentioned how she was the only person not standing, but she did seem to be holding her son, and also taking a picture at the same time, so maybe she wasn't being disrespectful after all, which of course is what I immediately thought!

After the fall of the Soviet Union, there were an awful lot of headcracking KGB who suddenly announced that they had never been truly Communist but were rather always against its philosophy. People who had genuinely suffered and saw them do this just rolled their eyes.
