I have many more hours working for Mark Earley, but I've also made no bones about my disappointment in the President if he abandons these two candidates.

President Bush's sky-high approval ratings will drop. So do we want them to drop because he puts 1 or 2 good Pubbies in office? Or do we want them to drop because the Dems and media pound him endlessly that the voters rejected the "Bush agenda" in VA, NJ and NYC?

It is a tough call! I don't really know which way it is going to bounce. What if he goes out an campaigns and they still lose? That is a question that has to be asked and only a few people can answer that. Can imagine that is a very hot topic right now in the Oval office about just what to do. Freep mail headed your way shortly!
