Thanks for the note to check out the responses. Aziz? I wouldn't doubt we've got contingency plans for Iraq. I don't Aziz knows anything more than that Saddam handed him a note and said, "Read this in public." Saddam wants to preempt any likely strikes by going public. Good luck Saddam.
