Don't get me started on Linda Tripp. I read that whiny letter where she begged her Republican buddies to help her out after losing that cushy DoD job she had. If she was only doing what she did (taping her conversations with Monica) out of a sense of duty, why would she try to use it to her advantage later? I work in the tech industry and I know lots of folks who've lost their jobs this year myself. If she wasn't able to save a little bit of her $90K a year salary for a rainy day, she'll get no sympathy from me. =P

Actually, I agree with you there, Lefty...why would Ms. Tripp, who knows how politics work in DeeCee and is really no shrinking violet, be so enamoured with a DoD Bureaucrat's job? When she chose to do what she did--Rightfully, IMHO--she consciously chose to move into a new phase in her life, and there's no way she can ever return to being the Nameless Bureaucrat Phase again...so why even try?

She just needs to concentrate on writing that Book of hers further exposing the Clinton's for the Evil-Doers they are and all her money woes--Real or Contrived--will go away...MUD
