Besides bio-terrorists, the only people who refuse to use return addresses are those who want to sell something not worth buying . . . hmmmmmm . . . maybe they are telling Virginians something about Warner.
In the UK the only mail with a return address is commercial, practically never do you use a return address for personal mail.
