When you hold a Top Secret clearance you have forbidden by law to discuss what you see under penalty of prison and fine. You aren't supposed to discuss anything classified but once you cross over into the area of Top Secret and beyond, special rules apply. And you never talk to the media like this Major just did and expect any type of leniency.

I don't want someone in our Intelligence community that goes running to any newspaper and I don't care what nationality or ethnic background. He should be court martialed immediately and removed from the ranks of the military.

We are at war and if anyone on here thinks that Israel supports us 100%, think again. They are in it for themselves and I resent them being put on the same footing as England who does support us fully! I don't trust the Arabs and I don't trust Israel -- does the name Pollard come to anyone's mind?

Excellent thought. There is more to this story than we are hearing. The US Govt. spends many thousands of dollars in background investigations. Belive me they check all the way back to place of birth, interview friends and schoolmates, family, old girlfriends etc. He knew the rules. he abviously gave them reason to jerk the clearance. Giving Top secret info away to anyone is a crime, TREASON and he cou7ld be subject to death because it is a time of war. Isreal maybe a close ally but they don't always follow what is in our best interests at all times.
