We might want to try something that worked on some Germans at the end of WWII. Theodore von Karman was sent to an aerodynamics research institute in Braunschweig to obtain wind tunnel data on swept wings to aid in the design of our first jet fighters. When the Germans were less than forthcoming, he turned to his U.S. Army assistant, within earshot of the Germans, and said "I think we've gotten all we can out of them. It's time to send in the Russians." Von Karman was soon led to a cache of hidden research reports which provided the required data.

With the al Qaida terrorists, substitute "Mossad" for "Russians", and carry out the same ruse. Can't hurt to try.

I spent three years in the ROK. Part of that time was in Yongsan, not far from the only mosque in Seoul. I can honestly say the ROKs have no great love for moslems. If our NATO allies can lend a hand with AWACS, perhaps the ROKs could loan us a few professional interrogators. I'm sure the truth would pour forth like sh!t from a goose on exlax...

There was a Russian official kidnapped in Lebanon or Iran in the late 70s or early 80s. The Russians sent somebody a shipment of body parts and the person was released. Anyone remember this incident?
