Yeah this stinks to high heaven. Whether or not Interior keeps the trusteeship, there will surely be a huge lawsuit and a huge settlement. One only hopes that it truly will go to improving the overall lot of the tribes, rather than fattening a few cats leaving many others in squalor.

Not if it includes the Cherokee tribes who donated to the DNC with funds from the Federal Government so that Babbitt and clinton would favor them. Their donations were illegal BTW!
