"Quick question: how hard is it to dry and mill something down to 1-5 microns? Any FReepers out there know this?"Given the fact that the size of a single spore is approximately 1 micron, this means milling each particle down to the practically the size of a single spore. It is hard to do that without 1) the particle just clumping together again once you stop grinding and (more importantly) 2) contaminating everything in sight, inccluding yourself, while you do it - unless you have very expensive containment equipment.

If vaccinated however, he could mill with impunity -- ???

Part I--sounds hard. Part II: suppose you didn't give a hoot about being contaminated--like suppose you were seeking martyrdom?
