If Saddam Hussein is, in fact, the source of the anthrax used in the recent terrorism, then WE THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA are responsible for it too. See my posts

for extensive references on how the United States government, under the direction of G.H.W. Bush and Ronald Reagan, and the United Kingdom loaded Saddam to the gills with this stuff. Gulf War Vets are suing the companies responsible.

So, you see, just as the UK's ruling party attempted to blame the hoof and mouth outbreak on enviro-whackos and PETA, and were soundly pounded back to the stone age by all who did a teensy bit of research and discovered that
(1)Macedonia, Albania, Yugoslavia, etc., all had massive outbreaks of H&M in the early-to-mid 1990s;
(2) all meat was banned from those countries by the EU; and
(3)the UN and NATO was trampling all over those fields with men and equipment, stirring up the germies, and then bringing them home, just a bit after that;

this same B.S. theory is once again pummelled back into the stone age with a teensy bit of research into the crimes against humanity of G.H.W. Bush and Ronald Reagan.
