I'll give you a dollar if you lose Shawn and Victoria's name on the next prayer thread.

The hearing did not go off. The judge postponed it. The father has been released from jail and is requesting visitation. The kids are not happy about it. The toddler boy has been diagnosed with a pile of mental problems mostly related to Obsessive-Compulsive. The kids were routinely starved by the parents and are obsessed with food. After their first meeting with their father, they both went off the deep end and began hoarding food. The little girl seems pretty normal except for the food issue and that she talks more than my son which I didn't think was humanly possible. Continue to pray for the parents that they may be changed from Saul to Paul.

AppyPappy, I'll certainly pray for all involved. We fostered a child that had the "hoarding" issue. It can last for a long time, even when they know that they're not going to starve, and even when they know that someone loves them. Only God can help heal their wounds, and I pray that His will be done, and for His blessings on all concerned.

Pappy, I will continue to pray for these precious children and their parents. Gal, I haven't forgotten your request. Freedom'sWorthIt, I will pray for Robin too.

Trying to get things settled down here. Sarah's blood cultures came back positive for e. coli, but the antibiotics seem to be working. Her fevers have decreased in magnitude and frequency and she's able to do a lot more for herself now. I got a little rest this morning. :)

Something good may be happening with Betsy soon. Sorry to be so vague, but she knows about FR.

Thank you for getting Sarah better and give her help in overcoming that e coli. She has given her heart to You, Father, so relieve her of this and all other attacks from the devil, and keep Sarah from evil and heal and annoint her for Your service.
Father, restore this family with forgiveness and love. Renew this mother's strength and joy and save everyone in her family to the Lord. Let the Holy Spirit become so strong in her house that she will feel like setting a place for Him, too, at her dinner table.
Heal her children, restore her family, and let Your grace abound in this mother's family, in Jesus name
