Ahmed Marshoud Hassan Mohammed, in his thirties and a member of Fatah and Hamas, was killed in an explosion outside Fatah offices near a-Najah University in Nablus a short time ago.
The cause of the explosion is unclear as of this posting.
Three other Fatah members were also wounded in the blast, the Itim news agency reports.
Marshoud, an official in the Palestinian Authority, was taken to Rafidieh Hospital in Nablus after the explosion where he died of his wounds.
He was a resident of the Balata refugee camp in the city.
Marshoud was wanted by Israel for planning terror attacks and appeared on an arrest list given to the Palestinians, according to Army Radio.
Marshoud, who worked with prisoners for the PA, according to the Itim report, was also a member of Tanzim and Hamas.
He served seven years in prison in Ramallah for unspecified offenses and was released in December of 1999.

Another pat on the back for Israel. Blow their faces off. Shoot them from hiding. Kill each murdering terrorist where you find him. They won't stop killing so they must be killed themselves. Good job IDF!

Looks like Israel's cleaning house. Yup...Too bad, so sad Hamas and Fatah. We'd probably be able to come in and "tsk tsk" Israel, but recently, our hands have been tied up with bigger, more important things. Probably should have thought of that before 9/11....

Heck, looks like being a cowardly terrorist is more dangerous work than some thought. Oh well, here today, gone today....and none too soon.

These "work accidents" are becoming more frequent - the PA needs to adopt OSHA standards.

It was bound to happen sooner or later. The best bomb makers have been blown up or assasinated by the IDF. Now the third stringers are in and they're blowing themselves up at an increasing rate.

It just goes to show you what a little knowledge and patience can do for you in the long run.The IDA has a pretty good system in place when it comes to identifying these guys, let's hope our side is studying their system carefully. It looks like they get their guy often and regularly. Tough Bananas for the bad guys!
