NABLUS, West Bank (Reuters) - An Israeli helicopter fired a missile at a car in the West Bank city of Nablus on Monday, killing one Islamic militant and wounding another, Palestinian doctors and witnesses.
They said the missile hit the car as it was traveling near an office belonging to Palestinian President Yasser Arafat's Fatah faction. The car was destroyed in the blast and the Fatah office was slightly damaged.
Palestinian officials identified the dead man as Ahmed Marshoud, a member of the militant group Hamas who they said was wanted by Israel.
The Israeli army declined to comment.
The strike occurred a day after Israel renewed a widely criticized track-and-kill policy by shooting dead an Islamic militant it says was behind a deadly suicide bomb attack.
Doctors said the second man was only slightly injured. Palestinian officials said he was also a member of Hamas, which has been behind a spate of suicide bombings against Israel since a Palestinian revolt against Israeli occupation erupted last year.

You bet, the Israelis REALLY have their sh*t together, that's one country I'd NEVER want to meet on the battlefield.

What? The media actually reported that Kissinger said Rumsfeld was the most ruthless man he ever met? Hell, the media thinks Nixon was the most ruthless man that ever lived. I can't imagine that Kissinger's words ever got aired or into print. Miracles never cease.

The media actually reported that Kissinger said Rumsfeld was the most ruthless man he ever met?If true, Rumsfeld is going to get his chance to prove it in Afghanistan. Let our commandos start slitting throats and napalming caves, Mr. Rumsfeld!
