To me it looks like an older persons handwriting..To me it looks like someone using a non-dominant hand in an attempt to confuse any handwriting analysis...weird..

Attach the St. Pete Times? These guys are really screwed up. Targeting one of their only allies in the U.S. is not smart, bet it was salt, just to throw the hounds..And my zip is 33767........

If I remember correctly Yellow Truck is also owned by Ryder. Both rent 18 wheelers.

In regards to post #13.... I'm beginning to wonder!!!! This has ALL repeat ALL the earmarks of the way we were caught unprepared on December 7th.......

Yeah, I can just picture a bunch of these guys sitting in their apartment, half-drunk, following the directive given to them earlier that day...
"Hey Mohammed, whaddya say we screw with their minds and send a bunch of people envelopes with cryptic, ambiguously worded threats!"
"Good idea, Ahmed! Even better, we put talcum powder or sugar in some of them, and anthrax in others!"
"I like it! Allah would be proud!"
"Ooh, ooh, let's REALLY screw with their minds and make ominous references to OTHER bombing incidents, like that Oklahoma City thing!"
"Mohammed, you are one cold sumb**ch!"

I honestly don't know what to make of this...and even more troubling...I'm wondering if the Feds do!?!

I am still of the theory that this is domestic, much like the Unabomber, possibly PETA or the Animal Liberation Front thinking it's funny to give people an animal disease, or some wacko militias who hate the government and media. Could be possible. But I am very skeptical about it after OKC was blamed on Local Crazies, while there are some indications that it could have been middle eastern. Please check post #37 for different opinion. What are your comments about #37? Thanks. Stepping out for dinner and poll , be back later tonite to read your replies.

If I am thinking of the same bridge, it was taken out by a drunk freight captain in the 80's.
Many people died and it took a long time to rebuild it.
To: dubyaismypresident
ahem! KFOR is NOT in Denver. KFOR is in Oklahoma City. Just thought you would appreciate the correction ;)
To: TrappedInLiberalHell
Remember Corpus Christi, TX. lost it's bridge while the WTC was still fresh news. Some kind of barge accident. It is the only bridge out to Padre Island I think. (Don't remember fo sure.)

So Brokaw's assistant got the letter on Sept. 18 and didn't test positive until Oct. 12? That's one long incubation period for cutaneous anthrax, 24 days.
To: OKCSubmariner
I heard that a Brokaw letter from New Jersey DID test positive for Anthrax and the Florida letter wasn't the culprit.
It wouldn't surprise me if the Flagless One was targeted from internal terrorist groups but I don't understand why Anthrax would be used except to make it look like a ME attack. White supremacists might want to force us into a conflict and attacking a media organization might fit teir view of the world.

Ahhhhhhh...this is a sight I see every time I take my boat out to the south Tampa Bay.
It is a truly inspiring view at sea level--just a tad bit more enjoyable than the fabulous
view at the apex of the span.
Thanks for posting the great pic!

My bad, do you remeber which one she worked for...
To: brigette

Just how close WAS Atta's house from the AMI building???? was it within WALKING DISTANCE????
To: Cool Guy
What do I think about #37 and that OKC was middle eastern?
I think I will invest everything I have in Reynolds Wrap.
To: EaglesUpForever
Could have been from anywhere. We now know, from tomorrow's article in the London Observer, that Iraq has that Ames, IA strain.
To: NSpiritOnly
Yes... It happened right after 9/11/01. Barges got away from the tow boat and knocked out a full section of the bridge. Several people were killed. But I do not think it was a terrorist attack. Barges hit bridges all the time. Where I live we have one and it gets closed down everytime it gets hit. They check it for serious damage and if it is ok... they reopen it.
To: Roger_W_Isom
It may have been, don´t remember. Why do you ask?
The part that catches me is that the author say some to the effect of watch the real disease fly? Is he implying more of the same or a different, worse disease?
