The British press and people have long loved Rudy, I should say. When we got an elected mayor for London, people kept talking about how we hoped the mayor would do a Giuliani type job on the city. When Giuliani appeared before the UN, British TV news compared him to Winston Churchill. He is universally respected here. A knighthood is a natural culmination of that respect.

Does this mean Hil will have to curtsy to Rudy? We can only hope! And walk 10 paces behind him, not speak until spoken to and back out of his presence while bobbing. The mere thought Makes my heart sing!!!!
