[history]
WASHINGTON (CNN) --U.S. officials revealed Thursday that Mohammed Atta -- one of the suspected suicide hijackers -- had two meetings, not one, with Iraqi intelligence officers in Prague, Czech Republic.
The first meeting was in June 2000 and the second one was in April 2001, sources said. In both cases Atta met in Prague with Iraqi intelligence officers operating under cover as diplomats.

Do these US intelligence agents who are saying they're not sure this constitutes a connection really exist? What the hell did they think the two were doing, drinking tea and going to baseball games?

"That should put to rest the "revisionist" thesis that the Iraqis, and not Bin Laden, were responsible for 9/11. Not that the "invade the Middle East and 'colonize' it" crowd needs any evidence, or connection to the 9/11 atrocity, to start World War III...."Seems like the "everything's America's fault" crowd is easily convinced by a CNN article. I know you're an Iraqi cheerleader but I'm affraid it's going to take a little more than CNN to prevent Saddam from receiving justice.

The inference that the meeting between lead hijacker Atta and Iraqi intelligence is somehow, paradoxically exculpatory is so absurd as to be unworthy of comment.

LOL.
To: Clinton's a rapist
Which means raimondo is probably using it in his next flush.

Saddam is not a muslim fanatic. He's a Ba'athist secularist. He has no interst in holy wars. If you knew anything about his history, you would know that he is a brutal, cynical, Machiavellian dictator. While you're telling the rest of us to read our Arab history, perhaps you should study up some, too.
In recent years, Saddam has moved closer to fanatical islam in order to have more control over his peasants.
Saddam may be evil, but he's not stupid or irrational
Um, I'd say someone who uses chemical weapons against his own people is pretty much irrational.
Bear in mind that Saddam absolutely hates George Bush (41) for utterly dismembering his little war. Weak men are often guided by hatred. There's your motive.

Darn...it's starting to look more and more like Saddam's fingerprints are all over the anthrax. I know that must be disappointing for you.

Um, I'd say someone who uses chemical weapons against his own people is pretty much irrational. He used chemicals weapons against villages where anti-Ba'ath rebels and seperatists were hiding. While such an act is barabaric and evil, for a cold, calculating Machiavalian like Hussein it is perfectly rational. It is in his interests to eliminate his opposition.

Will you please wake up from your slumber. It has nothing to do with gain, it has everything to do with holy war and doing anything to kill the Great Satan. Any american death is a success to these idiots. It is about success and establishing themselves in the eyes of the rest of the jihad towel head world. You have learned well from the oil-soaked monopoly media.

Some people believe everything their govt. and the media whores tell them. You know it is always the other guy...the other country that is doing the dirty stuff.
Then there are a few who research...and objectively look at all the facts and information they can get their hands on and with logic and reason....come to their own conclusions.

You are completely _____ed in the head. Yes...some of us "_______ed in the head" people have been wondering how long it would take to get around to pinning the anthrax thing on Iraq.
We obviously could not get enough evidence to justify a war on Iraq strictly from the terrorists attacks...so perhaps making Iraq the scapegoat for the anthrax issue will do the trick.
