Medved discussed this on his show today. It is fascinating. It appears that we may have been so deeply asleep that even the "loose lips" of these people didn't squander their plans. It does place the "Arab" (wrong term, I know) community here in a very bad place -- the plan being more widely known than previously thought in that community. And yet none stepped up to alert anyone to it.

This was not a failure on the part of those who heard the threat. 31 days ago, it simply would have been laughed off as a 'tin-foil-hat' paranoid fantasy. Within a few minutes of the WTC attack, however, our behavior changed, as is evidenced by the passengers on the Pennsylvania plane, and the passengers on the O'Hare plane a few days ago.

It is surprising to me that so many are now surprised. The lack of outrage by the Arab community since the attacks speaks for itself. We have had nothing but some general statements by some slimey people and the sheeple nod their heads and flash the peace sign. It will take another attack to wake up the majority of America. God help us.
