Tennessee is full of dams (i.e. TVA). Maybe they want to blow a dam or two and flood some cities.

There are also plenty of nuclear power plants in Tennessee, Alabama, & Georgia. My son who is an avid fisherman says that the security has really been tightened around the plants in southern Tennessee. He told me that he can no longer get to his favorite fishing areas because the perimeter has been extended so much around them.
