18 Cases of Inhalation Anthrax Questioned

Question for freepers and others, If the following statement as reported by
the state health department is true, then how can we explain Russel Welch ?
Who as some may remember, he was reported as an "Inhalation Anthrax" victim
of the Mena/Dixie Mob fame.

AP QUOTE
"Only 18 inhalation cases in the United States were documented in the 20th century,
the most recent in 1976 in California. The last anthrax case in Florida was in 1974,
according to the state health department."

RUSSELL WELCH: A Arkansas state police detective.
Welch developed a 35-volume, 3,000 page archive on drug and
money laundering operations at Mena. His investigation was so
compromised that a high state police official even let one of the
targets of the probe look through the file. At one point,
Welch was sprayed in the face with poison, later identified by
the Center for Disease Control as military grade anthrax.

Wonder if this was one the 18 recorded cases mentioned earlier?
This was written about in 1996. I believe it occurred in the late 80's
which is much later then the last case occuring 1976 as reported in AP.

Dose anyone here still have contact with LD ? Can someone contact and
confirm this with him ?

Did he actually get the disease? If he got immediate treatment he probably never got the disease so was not one of the "cases".

Yes, I've heard this too. And no, I doubt whether it is included in the statistics, because anything clinton was involved in had a tendency to drop out of the files and even disappear from locked safes.

Also, like everything else clinton was involved in, the matter never was properly investigated by law enforcement officials or the courts. So there's always that little element of doubt whether or not it is true.

True,its hard to trust statistics coming from the last administration. Even if true it may have missed normal reporting protocol. We are talking about the old boy network in Arkansas. That said, if this cop did test positive for anthrax inhalation, then it makes me wonder if this was blue on blue

or can certain criminal types gain access to Military Grade Anthrax Spores

The later is even more disturbing.

Mr. Welch was told by the health professional that helped treat him that it was not agricultural anthrax. He inhaled it and almost died. He finally decided that the only way he could have been exposed was from "mailing envelopes" that appeared to be tampered with. Let's see now:

1. Inhaled

2. In powder form

3.Industrial strength

4.From an envelope

Hmmmm, sure is a lot of same-same going on here. For you folks in Rio Linda and Palm Beach, that means the same M.O.

Several years later, it happens again big time, and the exact same technique, and, there's a Clinton connection in the mix. Ahh, just another one of those several hundred coincidental happenings. Just move on, cause anyone who thinks twice about this stuff is just a nutcase, and you don't want to be labeled a nutcase, do you?
