THE CLINTON NATIONAL SECURITY SCANDAL AND COVERUP - Thread X
Senator Inhofe ^ | June 23, 1999 | Senator James Inhofe

Posted on 09/25/2001 4:29:58 PM PDT by ChaseR

Mr. President, I want you to listen again. I am going to pick up on the incredible but true story of the Clinton Administration's betrayal of national security and the scandalous coverup that continues as we speak. In doing so, I fully realize that the majority of Americans will not believe me. They have continued to believe our President even after he has demonstrated over and over that he has no regard for the truth. Though you would never realize it by listening to the national media or the Clinton spin doctors, the recently released Cox Report has revealed a wealth of information on how the Clinton Administration has undermined national security to simultaneously pursue its misguided foreign policies and self-serving domestic political agendas. On the one hand, there is the mind-boggling story of how the Clinton Administration deliberately changed almost 50 years of bipartisan security policies--relaxing export restrictions, signing waivers to allow technology transfers, ignoring China's violation of arms control agreements and its theft of our nuclear secrets, opening up even more nuclear and high technology floodgates to China and others–thus harming U.S. national security....."

The Verdict is already in ...and it is G-U-I-L-T-Y ...as it was the CLINTONS' stopping our Protector CIA -starting in 1995- from hiring the very Spies we needed to find out what was on the minds of the World's Terrorists against us...

...after stopping further investigations of Terrorist State Iraq's link to the Bombing of the World Trade Center in 1993...

...that encouraged America's Terrorist Enemies to do their worst to us on our own Home Soil. NEVER FORGET

Agreed! Agreed!

Never forget, America!!!

Re China arms Taliban--see Unrestricted Warfare.
Re China arms Pakistan--and they deny us ABM defense.
China is a threat--we are its main enemy--"war is inevitable"

INDIA CLAIMS CHINA PROVIDED WEAPONS TO TALIBAN AND ALLIES;
BEIJING FAILS TO BUDGE ON MISSILE PROLIFERATION TO PAKISTAN
September 22:
Indian Intelligence agencies claim China has covertly supplied weapons to Taliban and their supporters in Pakistan, reports the New Delhi Pioneer. A classified report of the Core Intelligence Processing Unit (CIPU) indicates that most of these weapons acquired by the Lashkar-i-Taiyibah (LeT) fundamentalists and other terrorist groups could be used against the US security forces if they operate from Pakistani bases against the Taliban. Their sympathizers within the Pakistani army could also complicate matters.

The weapons which exchanged hands between Taliban and terrorists waging war in Kashmir include anti-aircraft guns, RK-87, RL-47, disposable missiles, Pika machine-guns and 62 mm mortars. Intelligence reports reveal that there had been clandestine meetings between the Chinese agents and the Taliban commanders. Amir of the LeT also visited Kandahar. China which has 70 50 mile stretch of border with Afghanistan has trade links with the Taliban and have allegedly helped Kabul in upgrading their defense capabilities. "Though Beijing has repeatedly denied its involvement with the Taliban, we have information that Kabul has access to Chinese defense agents," said a source.

September 23:
In Khartoum, Sudan, a Chinese delegation led by the Deputy Minister of Justice began bilateral talks on increased cooperation, reports the Republic of Sudan Radio. The talks, at the Sudan Ministry of Justice, were hosted by Ustad Ali Muhammad Uthman Yasin, the Sudanese Minister of Justice. Addressing the opening session, the Yasin hailed the Sino-Sudanese relations and described them as "strategic." And stressed the need to boost these relations. The Chinese Deputy Justice Minister stressed his country's support for cooperation with Sudan in the legal and justice spheres. The talks discussed aspects of joint cooperation in the legal sphere, training, legislation and the judiciary.

The Oman Muscat News Agency reports an official Chinese military delegation led by the Commander of Jinan Military Area ended a several-day visit in the Persian Gulf Sultanate of Oman.

October 12:
After several days of talks with US officials in Beijing, China has refused to budge on its transfers of missile technology to Pakistan, reports Reuters. The lack of progress made it unlikely that US sanctions on China would be lifted before the meeting between President George Bush and Jiang Zemin in Shanghai later this month. "There was basically no movement on the Chinese part," said a US official. Another official said the sanctions would not be lifted, "without change in China's behavior." However the issue continues to be debated within the Bush administration, Reuters adds. Some officials described as "China hands," were reluctant to impose sanctions in the first place and are anxious to have them lifted, despite ongoing reports of China's proliferation activities with Pakistan's weapons of mass destruction program.

Thank you, FallGuy! I really hope Black Jade is reading this!

No offense....but did you read this, Black Jade? Did you really read it? By the way, the American Foreign Policy Council is the CFR ( aka World Council of Foreign Relations)! They are the ones who set up foreign policy measures behind closed doors. They consider themselves above the American Constitution.
