Oh yeah. Now he's gotta cancel all of those SCOTUS cases he was lined up to argue. =P It was an automatic thing after he got suspended by Arkansas, since the right to argue before SCOTUS is mostly an honorary one. All it proves is that he got the short end of the stick in his plea bargain early this year.
