Sometimes these terrorist groups claim credit for attacks made by some other group. Nevertheless, it took substantial infrastructure to pull these coordinated attacks off. Some Arab or Muslim interest seems most likely the responsible party. I trust that when we find out, our response will be proportionate so as not to escalate the cycle of violence (sarcasm off). We should exterminate the reponsible country in response. That will end the cycle of violence.
